The people you’ll actually learn from.
Not “senior faculty.” Not “visiting experts.” The founders — running live projects between teaching, taking your call at 11pm before a client review.
Abhinav Pandey
Abhinav has been running digital marketing for 18+ years — from small local shops that needed more feet through the door to fast-scaling e-commerce brands that needed to unlock the next crore. Along the way he’s spoken at Google events, run agency teams, and made every mistake worth learning from.
At Skillera, he teaches the way he works: real accounts, real ad spend, real dashboards. If it can be shipped, it gets shipped in class. If it can’t, it doesn’t earn a slot in the syllabus.
Shivam Yadav
Shivam is the SEO and analytics half of Skillera. He’s the person clients call when their traffic drops, and the person students call when a live campaign starts behaving badly at 11pm. His speciality: making the boring parts of marketing — schemas, GA4 events, GBP optimisation — feel obvious and shippable.
He teaches Local SEO and analytics modules across every course, and personally reviews the case-study projects students take into interviews. Which is why so many of them make it past round two.
Why we don’t hire outside faculty.
Three lines from our internal rulebook. We haven’t broken them yet.
Only ship-first trainers
If you haven’t shipped work in the last month, you’re not teaching this month. Simple rule.
Small enough to remember names
12-seat cohorts mean the trainer knows your project history — not just your enrolment number.
Available past class hours
WhatsApp replies late into the evening. The client doesn’t care that your class ended at 6.
Sit in on a class.
Meet them yourself.
