1. What we collect
We collect what you type into our forms: name, email, phone, course preference, and any message you leave. If you enrol, we also collect the fee-transaction details, KYC where legally needed, and a photo for your Skillera ID.
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand which pages people visit. This is aggregated, anonymised data — we can’t identify you individually from it.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry or demo booking.
- To send you course details, batch schedules, and fee information you asked about.
- To operate your enrolment, invoicing, and student services.
- To improve which parts of our website are useful, and which aren’t.
3. What we won’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing. We do not send you WhatsApp spam. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
4. Who sees it
Our counselling team, trainers, and admin staff — only for the purpose of serving you. Google (for analytics) and Meta (for pixel/retargeting) see anonymised behavioural data. Payment processors see the payment amount for enrolments. That’s it.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember you across pages and to run analytics/retargeting. You can turn cookies off in your browser — the website will still work, minus some personalisation.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have on you. You can ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. Email theskillera@gmail.com and we’ll action it within 7 working days.
