Refund Policy

Clear rules on when refunds work, when they don’t, and how to request one. Last updated: July 2026.

Short version: the earlier you tell us, the more we can refund. Once the batch has started running, refunds get partial or paused because the seat is already committed.

1. Before the batch begins

If you cancel 5 or more days before your batch start date, we refund 90% of what you paid. The 10% covers admin, KYC, and payment processing costs.

If you cancel within 4 days of the batch start date, we refund 50%. Your seat is likely already promised and other applicants have been turned away.

2. After the batch begins

Once the batch has started, we do not offer a full refund because your seat has been committed and materials have been provisioned. However:

  • Within the first week: if you decide the course isn’t right for you, you can transfer 70% of your fees to a different Skillera course starting within 6 months.
  • After the first week: no refund. But we’ll happily discuss a batch shift or course transfer at our discretion in genuine cases (medical, relocation).

3. Genuine emergencies

Medical emergencies, sudden relocation, family losses — talk to us. We handle these case-by-case with fairness, not by rulebook. Bring documentation and we’ll work something out.

4. What’s non-refundable

Third-party fees like Adobe subscriptions, exam vouchers, or material kits (once handed over) are non-refundable.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster.
